The Urban and Regional Planning Center for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Baghdad held a workshop entitled ( Workshop on Personal Skills in Writing a CV ), which was delivered by the Assistant Professor at the Center, Dr. Ali Hussein Al-Janabi, among the activities of Rehabilitation and Employment Unit.
The workshop dealt with preparing CVs for graduates and students, as well as preparing a Resume for job applicants in the public and private sectors.
Dr. Al-Janabi stressed the importance of the introductory letter and how to write it, in addition to listing achievements such as patents, participations, awards, and others, as they are the key to the desired job.
It is noteworthy that the CV is a marketing summary for the job applicant after the interview with the employer.
