The Center of Urban and Regional Planning for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Baghdad held its competitive entrance exam for postgraduate studies for the 2026-2027 academic year, for both Higher Diploma and Master’s programs. Twenty-eight students took the exam in their respective scientific and humanities disciplines, with 26 competing for Master’s programs and 2 for Higher Diplomas.
The examination committee provided students with a simplified explanation of the exam questions, ensuring a well-organized and smooth testing environment under the supervision of the Center’s Dean and all its departments and units. Personal interviews were also conducted with the students to assess their academic backgrounds and work experience, as well as their specific field of specialization for employees in the private sector. Additional questions were asked regarding personality traits and academic performance.
The announcement of the results is contingent upon instructions from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the University Presidency, in accordance with the academic calendar for postgraduate studies for the 2026-2027 academic year.
