Dr. Nada Khalifa, a faculty member at the Center of Urban and Regional Planning for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Baghdad, participated as an external member in the discussion of the doctoral dissertation entitled “An Applied Framework for Sustainable Development in Public-Private Partnership Projects in Infrastructure,” presented by student Jinan Katea from the Civil Engineering Department at the College of Engineering. Dr. Khalifa emphasized that the dissertation addressed the obstacles facing the contracting process for infrastructure and investment projects, after the researcher presented a program to overcome these obstacles and difficulties for project management in Iraq.
