
The Center of Urban and Regional Planning for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Baghdad held a meeting to discuss all the center’s needs and prepare for their procurement. The meeting hosted members of the conference hall implementation committee to discuss closing the advances within the allotted timeframe after the work’s completion. The meeting also addressed the disbursement of fees for external examiners, as well as other salaries and dues owed to the center’s maintenance committees.
During the meeting, the Dean of the Center, Professor Dr. Kareem Hassan Alwan, emphasized the necessity of addressing the center’s deficiencies in terms of purchasing office supplies, electrical equipment, and the electrical and lighting needs of the student halls.
It is worth noting that the Center’s Board of Trustees, in cooperation with the warehouse unit, agreed to procure all the center’s needs according to the requests submitted and approved by the Dean, in coordination with the procurement committee.
