The Dean of the Center of Urban and Regional Planning for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Kareem Hassan Alwan, concluded the third introductory seminar for the Ninth Scientific Conference for the Arbaeen Pilgrimage, electronically via the MEET platform with representatives of all Iraqi universities, to introduce the mechanism for participation in the conference scheduled to be held in August 2025. The seminar aimed to encourage scientific and research participation in the work of the Ninth International Scientific Conference, which will be held at the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein in cooperation with the Karbala Center for Studies and Research, and under the supervision of a coordinating committee from the University of Baghdad.
A short introductory film about the conference was presented at the seminar, with a detailed explanation of its objectives, its axes and the mechanism for submitting research. The conference coordinating committee explained in the introductory seminar the details of the exhibition that will be held on the sidelines of the conference by the head of the committee supervising the exhibitions.
The door was opened for dialogue to ask questions and inquiries, which resulted in receiving answers about participation with positive interaction and interventions that contributed to enhancing understanding of the conference’s objectives and axes.
