The Center of Urban and Regional Planning for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Baghdad organized a friendly football match between the center’s professors and students as part of the center’s sports activities under the supervision of its dean, Professor Dr. Kareem Hassan Alwan.
The referee resumed the match and the professors scored their first goal against the students until they tied and the match advanced in both halves with the professors sweeping the students’ goal with 7 goals against 3 for the students. This activity comes within the center’s extracurricular activities in order to strengthen the bonds between professors and students and gain their trust, in addition to adding a sporting atmosphere to university studies in addition to its unique scientific character.
