The Center of Urban and Regional Planning for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Baghdad held a workshop titled “How to Use Google Drive,” presented by Assistant Lecturer Najwa Sadiq. The workshop aimed to teach participants how to effectively use Google Drive to store and share files. Sadiq covered the definition of Google Drive and its basic features, how to create a Google Drive account, and how to store and upload files to Google Drive. She also discussed using Google applications (Docs, Sheets, and Slides) to create and edit files.
The recommendations emphasized the importance of using Google Drive to store important data and prevent its loss, organizing files into folders for easy access, and using the backup feature to automatically save copies of files.
