The Center of Urban and Regional Planning for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Baghdad received several members of the Entrepreneurship Committee from the Science and Technology Parks Department to discuss the Center’s preparations for Global Entrepreneurship Week. The committee members met with the Center’s Dean, Professor Dr. Kareem Hassan Alwan, and were briefed on the Center’s preparations for organizing activities and selecting event topics to align with Global Entrepreneurship Week, which is scheduled to begin on February 1, 2026.

During the meeting, Alwan emphasized the Center’s commitment to implementing its activities according to a detailed plan and showcasing its scientific and practical capabilities, which contribute to the job market by applying sustainability principles in scientific research, keeping pace with global advancements, and exchanging expertise and perspectives to serve Iraq.
