The Curriculum Update Committee at the Center of Urban and Regional Planning for Postgraduate Studies, University of Baghdad, held an expanded meeting as part of its ongoing series of meetings. The meeting was chaired by the Dean of the Center, Professor Dr. Kareem Hassan Alwan, and attended by committee members.

The meeting aimed to review and update the center’s academic curricula, including revising study plans and course descriptions to align with modern developments in smart city concepts and industrial cities, within the higher diploma, master’s, and doctoral programs.

The committee considered the members’ observations and will submit them to the center’s scientific committee, then to the center’s council, and finally to the university’s administration for approval.
