The Center of Urban and Regional Planning for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Baghdad held its 24th Council meeting, chaired by the Dean of the Center, Professor Dr. Kareem Hassan Alwan, and attended by Council members. The meeting began with the Dean’s directives for preparations for the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year, emphasizing the need to follow up on repairs to the halls. The 24th session, held on Thursday, August 7, included the Dean’s directives regarding preparations for the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year, emphasizing the need to follow up on repairs and rehabilitation of several classrooms, laboratories, and health services.

The meeting also addressed the completion of the requirements for assigning faculty members to academic subjects for the first semester and preparations for the second round of exams for the first and second semesters. The Center Council members also discussed the formation of committees to discuss master’s students and award certificates to students who have completed all requirements.
