It is a unit affiliated with the Center for Urban and Regional Planning for Graduate Studies. It is responsible for publishing the center’s activities and news on the official website. It consists of an employee who holds a university degree and preferably has experience in computers and the Internet. Where its direct connection to the Dean, this unit carries out the tasks of the media process that begins with knowing the news related to all the activities of the center. This unit also undertakes to document the activities and events carried out by the media about any scientific activity, whether inside the center or the university or inside or outside Iraq. It also undertakes to provide services and consultations to the center’s students in the field of computer programming and holding development courses for the center’s members, and preparing and providing statistical data and information electronically to the parties that request it outside the center in cooperation and coordination with other units. Therefore, this unit is considered the prominent electronic media front of the center, as it sheds light on the information that would inform the community of the center’s news.
