It is an independent unit in the Center for Urban and Regional Planning for Graduate Studies headed by the Dean of the Center, the Deputy Dean, and two members from the professors who change every year. Also, the Accounts Manager is a member and rapporteur.
Its work is to receive the revenues received by the Center and deposit them in the Higher Education Fund account in the bank and disburse them according to the Higher Education Fund Instructions No. 122 of 1999. These are integrated accounts in terms of records, restrictions, disbursements and deposits. Its work also includes organizing receipts for receipts and deposits in the bank.
