The Rehabilitation and Employment Unit at the Center of Urban and Regional Planning Center for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Baghdad held a workshop entitled (How to draft an administrative document), as part of the center’s periodic activities to improve the job work of employees and students. The workshop was initiated by the legal expert Dr. Zahraa Salem, who addressed the mechanisms for drafting an official letter based on planning first, followed by completing the book so that it is free of common errors in terms of using vocabulary, official wording, and style of address.

For her part, the Director of the Human Resources Department at the center, Enas Muhammad, explained the types of internal memoranda, memoranda, and official letters and the mechanism for responding to them officially based on the letter sent, its requirements, and the memoranda, in addition to circulars and no-objection letters, leading to implementation regarding the order or circular.

It is worth noting that the Urban Planning Center has various administrative workshops aimed at improving job work and refining the skills of employees to implement them on the ground according to the approved legal contexts.
