It is a division affiliated with the Urban and Regional Planning Center for Graduate Studies, headed by an employee who holds a relevant university degree and is responsible for implementing everything related to the registration affairs of the center’s students, including organizing their identities and academic history, entering information for applicants for study in the admission system for graduate studies, procedures for linguistic evaluation of theses and dissertations, providing students with declarations, extracts, and clearance certificates, organizing special records for theses and dissertations and sending them to the relevant authorities and student contracts, as well as issuing administrative orders to accept students and start their studies, preparing the priorities of the Institute Council for the paragraphs related to students, issuing administrative orders resulting from that, and other similar tasks assigned to the division. The Registration Division includes the following units: – 1- Admission Unit. 2- Student Academic Supervision Unit. 3- Documents and Graduates Unit. 4- Summer Training Unit.
