A unit of the center’s branches and units consisting of an employee holding a university degree who is responsible for cultural relations and scientific exchange affairs between the center and other scientific and academic institutions, in order to raise the scientific efficiency of the center’s teachers and employees. It also organizes delegations inside and outside Iraq and promotes the required transactions for that, in addition to organizing and promoting applications for applicants for leaves and fellowships in foreign universities according to the specialization, in addition to documenting the books issued by the center and received from the university’s Cultural Relations Division.
