It is one of the center’s units and is headed by an employee with a university degree in law. This unit is concerned with drawing up the legal policy in the center in a manner consistent with the legal policy of the university presidency. It is responsible for providing legal consultations on topics that require it and carrying out all procedures and transactions of a legal nature related to the center as an independent institution and the resulting relationships with external parties or relationships between employees or students and what it requires in terms of specific legal contexts. These works include organizing contracts, guarantees and pledges and forming investigative committees in addition to legally representing the center before courts and other parties.
