Headed by a lecturer with a higher degree and is responsible for the tasks related to quality assurance and the introduction and application of the quality system in various activities. The Urban and Regional Planning Center obtained the second rank in the hierarchy of the evaluation of the overall performance for the academic year 2010/2011 for centers and institutes at the level of Iraqi universities and the first rank for centers and institutes at the level of the University of Baghdad.
