The Center of Urban and Regional Planning for Postgraduate Studies held a training course within the center’s activities plan for the academic year 2023-2024, under the title (Developing the Reading Skills in the English Language), presented by Professor Dr. Shorouk Aboudi Ali to the center’s professors, employees, and students. The workshop aimed to learn about ways to read text and passages in the English language to know and understand the general and main ideas and concepts, as well as to understand the detailed facts and then answer questions related to the text.
The course recommended the importance of continuous training in reading texts in the English language using the methods mentioned in the course, in addition to practicing them with specialists to learn correct reading.
