It is the highest scientific and administrative body in the center, responsible for its operations and policies. All administrative decisions and orders are issued and implemented under its supervision. It may delegate some of its powers to the dean, as approved by the supervisory board, in all matters related to the center’s functions, structure, and all its scientific, technical, financial, administrative, and organizational affairs, within the framework of applicable laws, regulations, and instructions. It consists of a group of professors, headed by the dean of the center.
