The Center of Urban and Regional Planning for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Baghdad held a scientific workshop entitled (E-Learning: Reality and Ambition) delivered by the assistant instructor Ammar Ghalib. The workshop addressed the reality of e-learning in Iraq, especially after the Corona pandemic and the world entering a curfew, which led to adopting e-learning, cancelling traditional classrooms and replacing them with virtual classrooms in light of the weak Internet network and the lack of electronic awareness among many, which led to academic boredom.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The positives of e-learning are the flexibility of setting study dates and time management, in addition to saving costs, as well as measuring students\u2019 performance while learning information technology skills and optimal use of the Internet.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The workshop concluded that e-learning is as important as developing electronic content while providing technical support to teachers and students to solve technical problems, while high-speed Internet service must be provided in order to transfer video lectures smoothly, as well as upload mock lectures or files quickly.<\/span><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
