Khalifa participated in the sessions of the first day of the conference presented its working paper, which focused on the per capita share of potable water and the mechanism for activating the tariff.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Dr. Khalifa stated that the conference\u2019s recommendations focused on the need to strengthen international cooperation, secure the water needs of riparian countries, respect their rights and interests, and enhance the unique value of water.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_gallery type=&#8221;flexslider_slide&#8221;
