Environmental legislation that contributes to creating a pollution-free environment, and to reveal the effectiveness of using environmental incentives in reducing environmental pollution within the legislation in force.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">The research concluded that laws and legislations are one of the basic means of environmental protection, management and environmental education, and that the Iraqi environmental law did not include the principle of sustainability in the articles and paragraphs of industrial facilities.
