It is one of the newly established units of the center headed by one of the lecturers with higher degrees. It is also a means that supports the educational process and transforms it from the stage of indoctrination to the stage of creativity, interaction and skill development. It brings together all electronic forms of education and learning, as it uses the latest methods in the fields of education and publishing by relying on computers, their storage media and networks. Rapid shifts in the field of technology have led to the emergence of new patterns of learning and teaching, which has further consolidated the concept of individual or self-education; where the learner continues his learning according to his energy, ability and speed of learning and according to his previous experiences and skills. E-learning is considered one of these advanced patterns, especially computer-based education. E-learning relies mainly on computers and networks to transfer knowledge and skills. Its applications include learning via the web, learning by computer, virtual classrooms and digital collaboration.<\/span><\/h4>\n
